Business Process Engineer
We are looking for a Business Process Engineer to drive business process transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives across the organization. This role involves assessing existing Airtable-based business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and defining future-state processes aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across different target technologies beyond Airtable.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing Airtable-based business processes, workflows, automations, and data models.
- Identify process inefficiencies, operational risks, scalability limitations, and opportunities for optimization.
- Define future-state business processes aligned with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop end-to-end transformation roadmaps and migration strategies.
- Work across different target technologies rather than being tied to Airtable.

- Experience in Development of Airtable Interfaces
- Experience in System Integration
- Experience in Rest APIs
- Experience in Data Modeling
- Experience in Python
- Experience in Javascript
- Bachelors degree

- Remote: Hybrid with RTO policy (2 days WFH in a week)
